Gary Smith MLIR, CRM, CSRM Director, National Loss Control Services Gary Smith joined Mackinaw Administrations in 2019 as the Director of National Loss Control Services. Prior to that he worked for York Risk Services Group as the Director of Risk Control Services. He has over 25 years of experience in the safety and loss control profession; having worked extensively with the manufacturing industry, serving in facility and corporate safety roles. Gary has also spent several years working on the agency and brokerage side. Gary’s areas of expertise include ergonomics, safety training, risk assessments and safety program development, and implementation; and he holds a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University and is a Certified Risk Management professional.
